• No returns or refunds are allowed for most products.

• Exceptions apply for auto spare parts that are new, unused, and still in their original packaging.

• In cases where a spare part does not fit the customer’s car, we will offer a refund, exchange, or return as required by the customer.

• All return claims must be verified and approved by our team.
