  • The customer declines a replacement or exchange option

Inspection Requirement
Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be processed only after the defect has been verified.

Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been misused, improperly installed, or altered
