Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or arrives damaged. The issue must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, and the item must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, or external damage caused after receipt.
Return Process To initiate a return, contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, supporting photos. Once the defect is confirmed, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping Costs For defective or damaged items, return shipping costs are fully covered by Touma Auto Trade. No additional fees will be charged to the customer for approved returns.
Resolution Options Once the returned item is received and inspected, one of the following options will be offered:
A full refund to the original payment method
A replacement of the same item at no additional cost
An exchange for a different product. If the new item has a higher value, the customer may pay the price difference
